Most of the Brixtonators over the past 6 months have been working on their aerobic conditioning with some very positive results:
Daniel, Gavin and Tarik can all run 7kms in less than 28 minutes.
Crystal, Casey, Dylan and Rijad can run 6kms in 30 minutes or less.
Talia can run 6kms in less than 25 minutes.
Gayle and Jaun can run 3kms in less than 15 minutes.
A number of the younger Brixtonators are training towards running 3kms in less 15 minutes.
Good aerobic conditioning is one of the key aspects of being a winning tennis player. Very well done to those who have taken this aspect of hard work seriously and have raised their fitness levels and results accordingly. Keep it going!
