Mauhan breaks through and Cameron does a personal best


After winning doubles titles with multiple partners and making a number of singles semis and finals, Mauhan won the WA Day 12 and under Boys Singles Championship at Burswood this week. He had to endure an tense struggle which saw him win 10-8 in the Match Tiebreak after losing the first set 0-6 and winning the second 6-4. Mauhan also made the doubles final.

Cameron Yurkov also had a a good tournament, beating the number 3 seed in straight sets en route to a third place finish. Well done to Cameron.

Great to see the boys hard work starting to earn results!
